Structural Engineering for an expansion and renovation of the existing library to create an
approximately 63,000 sf facility. The original portion of the existing building, designed in 1927,
is constructed of concrete, steel, and unreinforced masonry. There will be significant upgrades to mechanical systems, HVAC, accessibility, and security. The new facility has also explored sustainable options including strategies to incorporate green materials.
