TIn Chu Wong, PE

Tin Chu Wong is a structural engineer who leads the office in LA. He has over twenty years of experience in all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction phase services.

Tin Chu’s zeal for project management and team building has made an enormous contribution to the firm. However he is also an engineer and designer at heart with a creative mind and a personal interest in Non-Linear Seismic Analysis and Performance Base Design. His academic interests focused on non-linear analysis techniques for the design of steel and concrete buildings.

Much of Tin Chu’s project work experience involves the design and management of complex, large-scale, mixed-use projects – most to a fast-tracked schedule. Tin Chu has played a key role in coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary project teams worked among different contractors and consultants in different countries including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, and China.

Tin Chu has a distinguished record of project work in his previous years of employment from Arup, and he has been responsible for the design and management of a range of projects including education, health care and convention centers.
